Mediations
Parties in dispute should focus on resolution and not worry about a ticking bill. Therefore, a mediation flat fee of $4,000 is divided equally between the parties payable up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled mediation unless alternate fee sharing arrangements have been made.
The flat fee rate covers all preparation work, pre-session phone calls with each party, the review of mediation briefs and exhibits, our all-day mediation session and follow up work.
Reasonable expenses for transportation, lodging, and meals for travel outside the Portland or Seattle metro areas.
Workplace Training
When workplace conflict occurs, individual and group coaching and training can help reduce turnover and litigation.
For workplace intra-resolution, conflict management training, communication training, employee relation workshops, or fact finding investigations and determinations, an hourly rate of $400 is applied.
Reasonable expenses for transportation, lodging, and meals for travel outside the Portland and Seattle metro areas.
