Rates & Fees
Mediations
Parties in dispute should focus on resolution and not complex hourly rates. Therefore, a simple mediation flat-fee of $4,500 is divided equally between the parties unless alternate fee sharing arrangements have been made.
The flat fee rate consists of at least two hours of preparation work, including pre- session phone calls with each party, the review of mediation briefs and exhibits, and our eight (8) hour mediation session and follow up work.
Reasonable expenses for transportation, lodging, and meals for travel outside the Portland and Seattle metro areas.
Workplace Training
For workplace intra-resolution, conflict management training, communication training, workplace or fact finding investigations, an hourly rate of $450 is applied and requires at least a three (3) hour minimum booking.
Discounts are available for non-profits and government agencies.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 48 hours before a scheduled mediation session will incur a fee of $450 per party, unless unforeseeable circumstances warrant a waiver.
