It’s important that each side approach mediation in good faith and with key and decision-makers in attendance or immediately available by phone or zoom.
Although my mediations require professionalism at all times, they don’t begin or end with an adherence to any particular script. With flexibility and follow-ups, if needed, we will do what it takes to effect resolution. Please come to mediation with a willingness to find a solution and prepared to do the hard work of listening, learning, and adjusting as we go.
