It’s important that each side approach mediation in good faith and with key decision-makers in attendance or immediately available by phone or zoom.
Although mediation require parties to maintain professionalism at all times, mediation shouldn’t begin or end with an adherence to any particular script. With flexibility and follow-up if needed, I will do what it takes help reach resolution. Please come to mediation with a willingness to find a solution - and prepared to do the hard work of listening, learning, and adjusting.
