It’s important that each side approach mediation in good faith and with key decision-makers in attendance or immediately available by phone or zoom.

Although mediation require parties to maintain professionalism at all times, mediation shouldn’t begin or end with an adherence to any particular script. With flexibility and follow-up, I work before and after sessions to help the parties reach resolution. Please plan to come to mediation with a willingness to learn - and prepared to do the hard work of listening, speaking, and changing conceptions.
